- What is FindMyParts.lk?
- FindMyParts.lk is Sri Lanka’s marketplace for vehicle spare parts. Buyers post what they need (with photos), verified shops send quotations, and you can also browse shop inventory and fitment garages.
- How do I get quotes for a spare part?
- Create a buyer account, post a part request with your vehicle brand/model, city, and photos. Nearby shops that cover your vehicle can send quotations. Compare prices and contact shops by WhatsApp or phone.
- Are spare-parts shops verified?
- Yes. Shops submit business registration and NIC documents. An admin reviews them before the shop can quote on requests or list inventory publicly.
- What is the difference between a shop and a garage?
- Shops sell or source spare parts and send quotes. Garages focus on fitment and repair services. You can browse both on FindMyParts.lk.
- Can I browse parts without posting a request?
- Yes. Open Inventory to see active listings from verified shops, or use brand/model/city pages under Parts to find local stock and open requests.
- How do payments work?
- Shop plan upgrades and listing boosts use PayHere. Buying a spare part from a shop is arranged directly between you and the shop (phone/WhatsApp) unless otherwise stated.
- Which areas of Sri Lanka are covered?
- The platform is built for drivers and workshops across Sri Lanka. Availability depends on shops and garages registered in each city.
- How do I join as a shop or garage?
- Register an account, choose shop or garage, complete your business profile and documents, then wait for verification. After approval you can quote, list stock, or accept reviews.
